Account and profile
Name or username, email address, optional phone number, authentication records, onboarding choices, membership status, and notification preferences.
This policy explains the information WMT uses to operate its accountability community and the choices members have.
Effective 6 July 2026.
Name or username, email address, optional phone number, authentication records, onboarding choices, membership status, and notification preferences.
Goals, task versions, check-ins, pauses, leave days, streaks, belts, penalties, pardons, coins, membership records, buddy relationships, Quran Circle progress, side quests, and weekly reflections.
Rants, voice recordings, images, comments, reactions, wins, duas, reports, and moderation records that you choose to submit.
Security events, device and browser information, error details, push subscriptions, and delivery records needed to keep the service reliable. WMT should not place passwords, authentication tokens, phone numbers, or private community content in application logs.
We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate accountability progress, operate buddy and community features, send requested service communications, process membership administration, prevent abuse, correct errors, support members, and improve reliability. We do not sell member information.
Visibility depends on the feature. Community posts may be visible to other members. Accountability data may be visible to authorised community administrators and, where the feature says so, a matched buddy. A phone number is intended to be visible only to the member, authorised administrators when support requires it, and the member's current matched buddy. Anonymous posting hides the member's identity from ordinary feed viewers but may not hide it from authorised safety and moderation systems.
WMT relies on service providers to host and operate the community, including Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and functions; Netlify for web hosting; Resend for email; and optional monitoring or linked services when enabled. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own terms.
We keep information while an account is active and for limited operational, safety, dispute, backup, or legal periods afterwards. Members may ask for access, correction, export, or deletion through the WMT administrator/support channel. Account deletion may use a short grace period and some records may be anonymised rather than removed where necessary for financial integrity, safety, or another member's conversation history.
We use access controls, row-level database security, audit records, and operational monitoring, but no online service can promise absolute security. We will update this page when material practices change and will notify members where an update significantly affects their choices.
